1. Scope
This policy applies to information we process about visitors and account holders of TradersHub Ninja. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we link to or integrate with — those are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider). We never see or store your password in plain text.
- Profile & preferences. Watchlists, saved symbols, settings, and your plan / trial status.
- Discord connection. If you choose to link Discord, we receive your Discord user ID and basic profile data needed to assign community roles. You can disconnect at any time.
- Payments. When you upgrade, billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of your subscription and limited details (such as plan and status); we do not collect or store full card numbers.
- Communications. Messages you send us for support or other inquiries.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Service activity. Features you use — symbols you query, scans you run, AI (“Wyse”) prompts, and alert configurations — so we can deliver and improve those features and enforce usage quotas.
- Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies used to keep you signed in (see Cookies & tracking below).
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- Authenticate you and keep your account and sessions secure.
- Process subscriptions, trials, and billing, and prevent fraud and abuse (including blocking disposable or fraudulent signups).
- Generate the features you request — indicators, scans, alerts, briefs, and AI analysis.
- Respond to your support requests and send service-related notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. Vendors who process data on our behalf under contract, including: our hosting and infrastructure provider, our authentication and database provider, our payment processor, our AI model provider (to generate Wyse outputs from your prompts), market-data providers, and Discord (when you connect it).
- Legal & safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TradersHub Ninja, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your direction. When you ask us to connect a third-party service such as Discord.
Prompts and context you submit to Wyse features are sent to our AI model provider to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as account numbers or government IDs) into AI prompts.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. These are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled while you are logged in. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide any required controls.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records (such as transaction history).
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Learn more on our Security page.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. TradersHub Ninja extends the following core rights to all users:
- Access & portability — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your account and personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of “sale” / sharing — we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing as described above, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA.
To exercise any right, email us at info@tradershub.ninja. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
9. Children’s privacy
The service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 13 in any event). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
TradersHub Ninja is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
